How to Exercise Your Rights

  • Verification: we may request information to verify your identity (e.g., email verification, account login, or limited additional details). Authorized agents may submit requests if they provide proof of authorization and we can verify the consumer’s identity.
  • Response time: we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted).
  • Appeal: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision notice with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Opting Out of Sale/Sharing and Targeted Advertising

You may opt out by emailing [email protected] and by enabling a browser-based Global Privacy Control signal. We will apply your opt-out to the browser or device used and to your account if you are logged in or identify yourself in your request.

Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

  • Selling/Sharing: no monetary sales. We may share identifiers and internet activity with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out as described.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: we do not use or disclose SPI for purposes other than those permitted by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 and implementing regulations, unless with your consent.
  • Financial Incentives: we do not offer programs that provide monetary compensation or price/service differences in exchange for personal information.

The Services may link to third-party websites or services, including pharmacies, coupon providers, or telehealth services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

Our Services are intended for use in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Data Minimization and De-Identification

We endeavor to collect only the personal information reasonably necessary for the stated purposes. Where appropriate, we de-identify data and maintain it in de-identified form. We commit to not re-identify de-identified data, except as permitted by law for testing or security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" indicates when this Policy was last updated. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, such as posting a prominent notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance.
